We really appreciated working with Kraig at AgWest Land Brokers.  Kraig was instrumental in helping us find a farm right in the middle of our farm operation.  AgWest Helped us find a seller in a timely and efficient manner.  I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We were part owners of our family farm.  We put the farm up for sale and worked with AgWest Land Brokers every step of the way.  My brothers and I live on the East Coast, but the communication and access we had was phenomenal, and we never felt the distance.  Anytime we had a question, we could contact them and received immediate attention.  Every week I received an email keeping me up to date.  Forms would be sent via email to be signed, and I was impressed at how smoothly and rapidly things proceeded.  The professionalism and concern for each family member was very much appreciated!

Well over a century ago, my great-grandfather purchased land-locked, undevelopable, prone to flooding, wooded land in Kansas to divide up into parcels for each of his many children. After ownership was passed through multiple generations, the land is still growing trees, providing refuge for wildlife, and most is still owned by descendants of my great-grandfather. My small family branch inherited two small pieces of land.

I first spoke with AgWest Land Brokers over two years ago. Since I live in California, I needed a reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, boots-on-the-ground kind of agent who could help us learn more about these properties and potentially help us navigate a sale from afar. AgWest Land Brokers were always accessible, responded immediately, never said a question was silly, and always treated us with the utmost respect. If they did not know the answer immediately, they would always find out and promptly reply. Their follow­through was impeccable.

It is safe to say, these two small parcels of land are not particularly valuable and would not build an agent’s resume. However, from our very first conversation, AgWest Land Brokers impressed me with their positive attitude, knowledge of the area, their creativity, openness to explore, and their honest willingness to learn all about these two land parcels. This was not going to be an easy sell. At every turn in the road, they personally uncovered old county records, maps, easements, and steered us to trusted legal advisors, escrow, and title officers. AgWest Land Brokers was always willing to make the “hard” phone calls and constantly negotiated in our best interest.

Recently, the two parcels sold. AgWest Land Brokers worked to complete these sales for over two years and never once made us feel that the size of the properties was not worth their time. I cannot give enough praise and thanks to them for the tireless efforts resulting in happy and very appreciative clients.

It was a bittersweet experience to sell our family farm. The farms were homesteaded in the 1800’s. The family is growing and the income was decreasing with each generation. Kraig was great during the whole process. The communication between us was fantastic. The auction itself was very professional and garnered our family the most for our great grandparent’s land, work, and sacrifice for their heirs.

Mikayla helped my family and I sell some land and she was fabulous. We are out of state and she walked us through all the steps, was in constant contact, and a pleasure to work with. Could not recommend more!

We were lucky enough to get to work with Jeff Moon on our recent land purchase.  Even though he was working for the seller, he was greatly helpful in answering our many questions.  We are brand new to owning farmland, and Jeff broke down every aspect to the very basics.  He treated us with respect, and we hope to work with AgWest Land Brokers in the future.

Jeff did a great job communicating with us via phone calls, texts, emails and in-person visits.  Jeff was also very good at parlaying our hard to utilize portion of real estate with our  neighbor’s ground, increasing the value of both  and making a better property for our new neighbors.

We can’t thank Kory Koch enough for helping us, even with being out of state.  Very professional, kind and respectful. We sold our land very quickly.  Kory put in a lot of time when we couldn’t. Thank you so much!
