When my three siblings and I made the decision to sell the remaining parcels of our family farm in Burt County, we engaged Jeff Moon as our broker.  Even though he now resides in Phelps County, he had familiarity with land types and values in Burt County.

My three siblings and I agreed that Jeff conducted our business in a professional, prompt, and efficient manner and was knowledgable when we presented questions.  Since we four live in three states, Jeff conducted a number of successful Zoom meetings to facilitate the process.

He is personable, approachable, and we trusted him completely.  Since most of us could not be present for the closing, Jeff made the road trip to finalize the sale.

I have looked at numerous properties with Clayton Esslinger. The first one we closed on happened to be one we came across while looking at one of Clayton’s listings. He was very helpful in getting that deal done, which was the first of several as it would turn out. Clayton is very pleasant to work with and is plainly honest.
