As a recently retired Real Estate agent in Colorado, I was chosen by our family to select the company to sell three farms in central Nebraska. The Axtell land auction was well advertised and a good crowd with a lot of interest was in attendance. Joel Grams, Farm and Ranch Specialist, did a very professional job representing the Jennie Palmblade Testamentary Trust real estate. There were no questions or clarification addressed during the auction. AgWest Land Brokers were well prepared for the closing, which took place twenty-one days ahead of the closing date.

Kraig Urkoski and I have established a very good working relationship over the past five years.
