Kraig Urkoski and I have established a very good working relationship over the past five years. Since meeting Kraig, he’s been my “go to guy” should a piece of ground in the Central Nebraska area come up for sale. Kraig has always been supportive of my thoughts and price point. The Axtell land auction was well advertised and a good crowd with a lot of interest was in attendance.
