Jeff Wilhelm is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He is a licensed real estate salesperson, specializing in Farm and Ranch Real Estate, and is also a Certified General Appraiser, licensed in both Nebraska and Kansas. Together with his wife Tricia, they have successfully owned and operated Wilhelm Appraisal Services for several years. Jeff primarily concentrates on agricultural land, commercial properties, recreational properties, and rural residential properties.
Growing up on the Wilhelm Family Farm in southeast Nebraska, Jeff worked alongside his grandfather and uncle. He fondly recalls the day they acquired one of the first no-till planters in the area and after he went to college, learned that they had purchased a tractor with a cab. He also gained experience working with his father at a construction company and held various roles in government and financial institutions. Additionally, Jeff possesses a CDL and serves as a substitute school bus route driver and coach bus driver for some activities at Alma Public Schools. Jeff and Tricia reside near Republican City, near Harlan County Lake, and have four children: Hunter, Colton, Landon, and Sydney. He loves spending quality time with his kids, attending their events, and enjoys hunting and fishing.
